Private Sector Leasing

In order to provide affordable and quality housing, Castleline works in partnership with Local Authorities offering Private Sector Leasing (PSL). A legal agreement is drawn between the property owner and council, enabling property to be sub-let.

Maintenance

Castleline maintenance service utilises in house teams to refurbish/re-redecorate properties. We can call-in specialist trades people to not only maintain your property but to also cover all manner of repairs from small maintenance issues to a full refurbishment.

We can cover cleaning issues from deep cleans to general rubbish removals. We have skilled teams that specialise in electric, gas and plumbing works. Our expert teams are able to fit kitchens, bathrooms and carry out glazing work. We are able get the property ready for rental, or to simply get the property ready between one tenant moving out and another one moving in. No job is too small or too large.

We do regular contract work to maintain other agents' and councils' properties, or simply get it ready to their required standards, at a very short notice. Our teams are able to work during weekends and holidays to ensure deadlines are met.
